Summary of allegations

That you, a Residential Child Care Worker:

1. On 20 June 2018 in the Crown Court at Cardiff were sentenced for the following offences for which you had been found guilty upon your own confession:

a) Three offences of distributing an incident photograph/pseudo-photograph of a child, contrary to sections 1(1) (b) and 6 of the Protection of Children Act 1978;

b) One offence of possessing extreme photographic image portraying an act of intercourse/oral sex with a dead/alive animal, contrary to sections 63(1), 7(d) and 67(3) of the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008;

c) One offence of possessing a prohibited image of a child, contrary to sections 62(1) and 66(2) of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009;

d) Three offences of possessing indecent photographs/pseudo-photograph of a child, contrary to section 160(1), (2A) and (3) of the Criminal Justice Act 1988;

e) One offence of possessing a controlled drug of Class B – Amphetamine, contrary to section 5(2) of and Schedule 4 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

AND your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of your convictions for the offences referred to in 1(a) and/or 1(b) and/or 1(c) and/or 1(d) and/or 1(e).
