A space for you: peer support sessions

30 November 2022 - 1 February 2023, 2pm - 3:30pm
Social Care Wales

Connecting with other people is a great way to support your well-being.

If you’re involved in running a care home, our peer support sessions can provide you with support, ideas, or just someone to talk to. They’re a safe and confidential space, and an opportunity to build relationships with other people in similar roles.

We know that post-pandemic challenges exist for the care sector, and peer support can really help you when you feel times are demanding and challenging.

People who have already attended peer support said it provided a real source of well-being support for them – especially during the challenges of the pandemic.

Sessions will take place on Zoom on the following dates:

  • 2pm to 3.30pm, 30 November
  • 2pm to 3.30pm, 14 December

  • 2pm to 3.30pm, 4 January
  • 2pm to 3.30pm, 18 January
  • 2pm to 3.30pm, 1 February
