'Tea and Time Out' peer support sessions for residential child care managers

We’re putting on monthly online meet-up sessions, a 'Tea and Time Out', for children’s care home managers and deputy managers.

These drop-in sessions are a chance to speak with other children’s care home managers across Wales to find support and share ideas. They’re designed to connect people who understand the day-to-day pressures of managing a children’s care home and to support their well-being. Anyone in a management role, including deputy managers, are welcome to come to any number of sessions and don’t have to come to them all.
