The consultation focuses on improvements to the regulation of social care that will create a new, stronger regulation and inspection regime.
Welsh Government are also seeking your views on the draft statutory guidance developed under section 29 of the Act which provides further detail about how service providers and responsible individuals may comply with the requirements placed upon them.
In support of this consultation four half-day information events will be held on Wednesday 21 June in Cardiff and Thursday 13 July in Wrexham. To register your interest in attending, please contact RISCAct2016@wales.gsi.gov.uk by Friday 2 June. Spaces are limited and subject to availability.
