The Welsh Government has issued new statutory guidance in relation to Part 7 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act.
The guidance covers handling individual cases to protect children and adults at risk and adds volumes 5 and 6 to the statutory guidance Working Together to Safeguard People.
