SCWonline is our secure online portal which you can use to communicate with us. It can be used on a PC, tablet or smartphone. It’s used by applicants, registrants, signatories, CSSIW Inspectors and Board members.

If you are not currently registered you can:

  • apply online
  • choose the person to endorse your online application
  • pay your fee
  • set up a Direct Debit
  • upload a document such as your verified qualification certificate.

If you are already on the Register you can:

  • update your information such as changing address or job details
  • apply to renew your registration
  • pay your fee
  • set up a Direct Debit
  • keep an online record of your post registration training and learning (PRTL)
  • make a declaration about your criminal or disciplinary record
  • tell us about any changes to your health which affects your ability to work.

Employers and higher education institute signatories can:

  • view and export a list of people registered at your organisation or university
  • endorse online applications to register or renew
  • notify changes to your signatories or organisation
  • tell us about any changes or concerns securely
