An exciting opportunity is now available within the Improvement and Development Team. We are seeking to recruit a self-motivated individual to join us as an Engagement and Development Officer on a fixed term basis to March 2021.
The role offers the opportunity to contribute and support projects aimed at supporting the shift to outcomes focused practice which delivers the ambition of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 to put people at the centre of their care and support planning.
You will play a vital role in co-producing resources to support the shift to outcomes focused practice, contributing to the design , delivery and evaluation of practice exchange events and supporting our national mentors network.
The ideal candidate will have highly effective interpersonal skills, strong experience of project support and planning, experience of working with a range of stakeholders and the ability to gather and analyse feedback from the sector to inform our response to the improvement and development needs of the social care sector.
