Job description

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team and support a range of projects and initiatives aimed at improving the Health and Wellbeing of the social care workforce.

We continue to respond directly to the experience and lessons of Covid-19 by prioritising the wellbeing of the social workforce. Beyond the immediate challenges of the pandemic, we are looking to introduce a health and wellbeing framework for social care sector.

This is a varied and interesting role and the post holder will manage allocated wellbeing projects , work with a wide range of partners to identify innovative solutions to inform our response to the wellbeing needs of the workforce and also help to develop tools and resources which will underpin the introduction of a health and wellbeing framework.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have substantial experience of delivering wellbeing projects within social care, voluntary sector or healthcare setting
  • Specialist knowledge of wellbeing, peer support and approaches that promote positive emotional health
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working partnerships with a range of stakeholders and professional groups
  • Experience of successfully managing projects.
