It is alleged that Steven Lee Pritchard met with a care user whilst suspended and misled a colleague regarding authorisation to do so. It is further alleged that he acted outside agreed safeguarding arrangements including but not limited to altering the care users medication provisions without approval and breaching professional boundaries through personal contact, including visiting the care user at their home address.
