Have Your Say survey

This annual survey is your chance to share your experience of working in social care.

Each year, we ask you to answer questions about things like your health and well-being, pay and conditions, and how you feel about working in the sector.

Telling us what you think helps shape the support we and our partners offer.

We carried out the 2026 survey between 19 January and 4 March.

We’ve commissioned a team of independent researchers based at Cardiff University’s Centre for Adult Social Care Research and Social Science Research Park to carry out this work. We'll publish the findings on our website later in 2026.

We recently announced the results of our 2025 survey, which found that well-being had improved but that anxiety was still high.
