What we’ll cover
In this session, you’ll:
- learn what the common causes of conflict are
- discuss different communication types and socio-cultural awareness
- find out the role that our stress system plays in conflict (emotional, physical, cognitive and behavioural)
- learn the patterns of behaviours that may happen during different interactions
- learn ways to resolve or calm conflicts with compassion and support
- learn how to consider safeguarding when managing or resolving conflicts.
You can use this session towards your continuing professional development (CPD) if you’re registered with us.
