Information session: Level 4 and Level 5 Children’s care, play, learning and development qualifications

This session is for people who want to support their early years and childcare staff into senior leadership or management roles through work-based learning.

The session are open to:

• leaders
• mentors
• deputies
• managers
• employers.

In this session, we’ll:

• explain why we have the Children’s care, play, learning and development qualifications
• explain what’s covered in the qualifications, how they’re delivered and how they’re assessed, including:
  • Level 4 Preparing for leadership and management
  • Level 4 Professional practice
  • Level 5 Management practice of the children’s care, play, learning and development.
• explain the qualifications you need to work in early years and childcare.

We’ll be running the sessions on several dates. You only need to attend once.

• 22 May, 10am to 11am
• 11 September, 10am to 11am
• 3 December, 10am to 11am.
