A Registration Appeal Panel met on 23 October 2024 to determine if Nicola Kendrick’s name could be restored to the Register.
Whilst practicing as a Residential Child Care Worker, Nicola Kendrick’s name was removed from the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed from the Register in 2011, following a finding of misconduct.
The Registration Appeal Panel were satisfied that Nicola Kendrick had met various pre conditions in her application and demonstrated current knowledge of practise. They found her currently fit to practise and agreed to the restoration of her registration as Residential Child Care Worker.
Nicola Kendrick has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
