A Fitness to Practise Panel has found serious safeguarding concerns proved against David Paul Smyth, a registered adult care home manager.
The Panel found David Paul Smyth’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means he will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales. David Paul Smyth’s name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed.
David Paul Smyth has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
