Have Your Say survey

Have Your Say is an annual survey of the social care workforce.

Every year, we ask social care workers about things like their health and well-being, pay and conditions, and what they like about working in the sector.

We use the findings to shape the support we and our partners offer, and to highlight important issues to policymakers in Welsh Government.

After a pilot in 2023, we held the survey for a second time in 2024.
