Have Your Say survey

We're carrying out our survey of the social care workforce for a third time in 2025.

We’re launching our latest Have Your Say workforce survey in January 2025.

Just like we’ve done in previous years, we’ll ask you to answer questions about things like your health and well-being, pay and conditions, and what you like about working in the sector.

We want as many people as possible to complete the short survey, across a wide range of social care roles.

The survey will be online for six weeks. If you’re a registered social care worker, we’ll be in touch with more information about how to take part when it goes live in January. You’ll also be able to access the survey from this page.

If you aren’t on our Register, keep an eye on our website and social media accounts for more information.

Telling us what you think will help shape the support we and our partners offer, so don’t miss your chance to have your say.

Working with partners

Buckinghamshire New University, Bath Spa University and the British Association of Social Workers (BASW) are working with us to carry out this research.

All of your answers will be anonymous and we’ll share the findings on our website after the results have been analysed.

What were the results of the 2024 survey?

We recently announced the results of our 2024 survey, which found that social care workers feel more valued for the work they do than they did last year, but their well-being is worse than the UK average.

If you’d like to find out more about our previous surveys, you can look back at the findings by clicking on the following links.
