Have Your Say survey

Our 2025 Have Your Say workforce survey is now open!

This annual survey is your chance to tell us about your experience of working in social care.

Just like we’ve done in previous years, we're asking you to answer questions about things like your health and well-being, pay and conditions, and what you like about working in the sector.

We want as many people as possible to complete the short survey, across a wide range of social care roles.

The survey will close on 7 March.

Telling us what you think will help shape the support we and our partners offer, so don’t miss your chance to have your say.

Everyone who completes the survey will have a chance to enter a draw to win a £20 shopping voucher.

Buckinghamshire New University, Bath Spa University and the British Association of Social Workers (BASW) are working with us to carry out this research.

All of your answers will be anonymous and we’ll share the findings on our website after the results have been analysed.

We recently announced the results of our 2024 survey, which found that social care workers feel more valued for the work they do than they did last year, but their well-being is worse than the UK average.
