A Fitness to Practise Panel has found allegations of serious safeguarding concerns including allegations of neglecting a high risk child and failing to complete paperwork regarding an accident, proved against Ms Grant, a registered domiciliary care worker.
The Panel found Ms Grant’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means she will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales. Ms Grant’s name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed from the Register.
Ms Grant has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
