A Fitness to Practise Panel has found serious safeguarding concerns proved against Anthony Edward Jones, a registered residential childcare worker.
The Panel found Anthony Edward Jones’ current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means he will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales.
Anthony Edward Jones’ name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed.
Anthony Edward Jones has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
