A Fitness to Practise Panel has found serious safeguarding concerns proved against Balwinder Kaur Milner, a domiciliary care worker, in that she used an inappropriate restraint whilst delivering care to a user of care and support.
The Panel found Balwinder Kaur Milner’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means they will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales. Balwinder Kaur Milner’s name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed from the Register.
Balwinder Kaur Milner has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
