A Fitness to Practise Panel sat remotely on 22 – 29 July 2021 has found allegations of a failure to follow financial procedures and ensure adequate management of domiciliary care services proved against Bella Ranales Cotos, a registered domiciliary care manager.
The panel found Bella Ranales Cotos’ current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means she will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales. Bella Ranales Cotos’ name has been taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed.
Bella Ranales Cotos has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
