A Fitness to Practise Panel has found allegations of neglect and dishonesty related to users of care and support including failure to complete tasks and falsifying records proved against Ms Sankey, a registered domiciliary care worker.
The Panel found Ms Sankey’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means she will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales. Ms Sankey’s name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed from the Register.
Ms Sankey has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
