A Fitness to Practise Panel has found serious safeguarding concerns proved against Carly Isaac a registered domiciliary care worker.
The Panel found Carly Ann Isaac’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means she will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales. Carly Ann Isaac’s name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed.
Carly Ann Isaac has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
