A Fitness to Practise Panel has found the following allegations proved against Christine Roberts, a domiciliary care worker
- attended work when she was unfit to do so due to the consumption of alcohol.
- failed to wear a face mask at all times when delivering care to a user of care and support
- breached her employers Driving for Work Policy by driving after the consumption of alcohol.
The Panel found Christine Roberts current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means she can no longer work in any social care regulated role in Wales.
Christine Roberts has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
