A Fitness to Practise Panel has found serious safeguarding concerns proved against Daniel James Bodman, a registered domiciliary care worker.

The Panel found Daniel James Bodman’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means Daniel James Bodman will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales. Daniel James Bodman’s name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed from the Register.

Daniel James Bodman has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
