A Fitness to Practise Panel has found an allegation of serious safeguarding concerns proved against Mr Buckley, a registered residential child care worker.
The Panel found Mr Buckley’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means he will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales. Mr Buckley’s name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed from the Register.
Mr Buckley has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
