A Fitness to Practise Panel has found serious safeguarding concerns proved against Gareth Llewelyn Davies, a registered domiciliary care worker.
The Panel found Gareth Llewelyn Davies’ current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means he will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales.
Gareth Llewelyn Davies’ name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed.
Gareth Llewelyn Davies has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
