Fitness to Practise Panel

Decision summary

A Fitness to Practise Panel that sat remotely on 12 – 14 May 2021 has found proved allegations that Ms Dunt, a domiciliary care worker, attended the property of a supported individual when she was no longer employed, made physical contact and attempted to provide care without appropriate personal protective equipment.

The Panel found Ms Dunt’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means she will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales.

Ms Dunt has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.

A copy of the panel’s full reasons are available on request.
