A Fitness to Practise Panel has found a conviction for possession with intent of a controlled drug of class A and an allegation of failure to disclose this to her employer, proved against Jade Youde, a registered domiciliary care worker.
The Panel found Jade Youde’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means she will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales. Jade Youde’s name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed.
Jade Youde has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
A copy of the panel’s full reasons are available on request.
