A Fitness to Practise Panel has found that a Removal Order imposed by Social Work England proved against Mr Blackwell, a registered Social Worker.
The Panel found Mr Blackwell’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means Mr Blackwell has been removed from the Social Care Wales Register and can no longer practise as a social worker or call himself a social worker in Wales.
Mr Blackwell has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
