A Fitness to Practise Panel has found allegations that Ms Reynolds, a domiciliary care worker, behaved inappropriately towards a vulnerable user of care and support proven. The allegations that Ms Reynolds carried out her duties in a degrading and abusive manner with potential to cause injury or harm.
The Panel found Kirsty Reynolds’ current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means she will not be able to work in a registered social care role in Wales.
Kirsty Reynolds has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
