A Fitness to Practise Panel has found the following conviction against Lakeisha Evans a domiciliary care worker proved.
On 24 October 2022 in the Caernarfon Crown Court upon her own confession, Lakeisha Evans was convicted on indictment of participating in the criminal activities of an organised crime group contrary to section 45 of the Serious Crime Act 2015.
The Panel found Lakeisha Evans current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means she will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales. Lakeish Evans name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed from the Register.
Lakeisha Evans has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
