A Fitness to Practise Panel has found allegations of inappropriate behavior and a failure to maintain appropriate professional boundaries, which included sexually motivated conduct, proved against Lauren Emma Cope, a registered domiciliary care worker.
The Panel found Ms Cope’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means she will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales. Ms Cope’s name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed.
Ms Cope has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
