A Fitness to Practise Panel that sat on 22 November 2021 has found charges regarding serious safeguarding concerns proved against Nanette Amy Somers, a registered Residential Childcare Worker.
The Panel found Nanette Amy Somers’ current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means she will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales. Nanette Amy Somers’ name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed.
Nanette Amy Somers has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
