A Fitness to Practise Panel has found serious safeguarding concerns proved against Nicola Jane Hoare, a registered domiciliary care worker.
The Panel found Nicola Jane Hoare’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means she will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales. Nicola Jane Hoare’s name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed.
Nicola Jane Hoare has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
