A Fitness to Practise Panel has found a registered adult care home worker - Paul Anthony Brannigan’s current fitness to practise impaired on the basis of his conviction for ill-treatment/wiful neglect.
The Panel imposed a removal order which means he will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales. Mr Brannigan’s name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed from the Register.
Mr Brannigan has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
