A Fitness to Practise Panel has found the conviction of three counts of Theft from a vulnerable user of care and support, totalling £900 contrary to Section 1(1) and 7 of the Theft Act 1968 proved against Paulina Andrzejczak, a registered domiciliary care worker.
The Panel found Paulina Andrzejczak’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means she will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales. Paulina Andrzejczak’s name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed.
Paulina Andrzejczak has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
