A Fitness to Practise Panel has found convictions regarding two counts of arranging or facilitating commission of a child sex offence, proved against Shannon Vicary, a registered domiciliary care worker. They also found proved that she was made subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order and must register as a Sex Offender indefinitely.
The Panel found Shannon Vicary’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means she will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales. Shannon Vicary’s name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed.
Shannon Vicary has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
