A Fitness to Practise Panel has found allegations of serious safeguarding concerns proved against Sulwen Edwards, a registered Domiciliary Care Worker.
The Panel found Sulwen Edwards’ current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means Ms Edwards will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales. Ms Edwards’ name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed.
Sulwen Edwards has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
