Location
Online, through Zoom
Organisation
Social Care Wales

Come and find out how we can support you to develop and improve your practice and the services you provide.

In these informal drop-in sessions, staff from our improvement and development directorate will be on hand to discuss the support they offer and direct you to other sources of support in the organisation.

Who these sessions are for

These sessions are for anyone who works in social care and who’s interested in the support we offer to develop and improve practice and services.

You might have a particular issue or idea you want support with, but don’t know which of our services is right for you. Or you might want to find out more about a specific support offer.

Our staff can help you find the support you’re looking for.

What we’ll cover

During these sessions you’ll have an opportunity to meet staff from our compassionate leadership, innovation coaching and knowledge mobilisation teams.

They’ll answer your questions about the support their teams offer, and signpost you to the support that’s available from other teams.

Feel free to join at any point in the session.

Compassionate leadership

Our compassionate leadership team opens the door for anyone in social care who wants to start or continue their leadership journey. It offers training and resources to help get you started, and tailored support to help you reach your goals.

Innovation coaching

We created our innovation coaching service to help guide and support the innovation that’s happening across social care to develop new ways of working. It gives you access to a team of coaches who help you develop your ideas to improve practice, processes, services and outcomes.

Knowledge mobilisation

The knowledge mobilisation team supports the social care sector to develop evidence-enriched practice. This means sharing information, supporting access to research evidence, promoting learning opportunities, building networks, and supporting collaboration.

Dates

  • 27 November, 10am to 12pm
