A Fitness to Practise Panel that sat on 1–3 November 2021 has found allegations of a failure to maintain professional boundaries and sexually motivated inappropriate behaviour towards a supported individual, proved against Jimi Paul Sherrard, a registered domiciliary care worker.
The Panel found Jimi Paul Sherrard’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means he will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales. Jimi Paul Sherrard’s name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed.
Jimi Paul Sherrard has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
