A Fitness to Practise Panel reviewed a Conditional Registration Order that was imposed 9 April 2021 on Martin Wellington’s registration as a registered Residential Child Care Worker.
The Panel found his current fitness to practise was still impaired and he had not met the conditions imposed at the first Fitness to Practise Hearing. The Panel imposed a Removal Order which means he cannot work in a registered social care role in Wales.
Martin Wellington has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
