A Fitness to Practise Panel sat on 20 September 2021 to review a suspension order imposed by a Fitness to Practise Panel on 1 December 2020.
The Panel found Rebecca Mary White’s current fitness to practise was still impaired and imposed a removal order which means she can no longer work in a registered social care role in Wales.
Rebecca Mary White has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
