Summary of allegations

It is alleged that Ms Williams whilst using social media openly smoked and referred to her use of cannabis, named a service user and shared information about the service user in breach of confidentiality.

It is further alleged that Ms Williams whilst suspended visited relatives of a former client at their home and threatened to disclose confidential service user information resulting in Carmarthenshire County council obtaining an injunction restraining Ms Williams from making such disclosures.
