That whilst employed as a residential child care manager between November 2023 and January 2024 Debra Evans withdrew monies from an account used for the benefit of a user of care and support without authorisation, failed to ensure that complete and/or accurate records were maintained and that Debra Evans actions were dishonest/lacked integrity.
