It is alleged that Rebecca Wood failed to report critical information from a core group meeting about unsupervised contact between Child A’s siblings and Person 1, who was accused of sexual abuse.
It is also alleged that Rebecca Wood did not complete statutory visits for children and made false claims about completing professional education registration.
