We’ve recently updated our Codes of Professional Practice. We’re inviting employers to join us for an interactive session about what’s changed and what these updates mean for you and your teams.
Who this session is for
This session is for people with employer or service level responsibility, including managers, deputy managers, directors and Responsible Individuals who are accountable for ensuring staff understand and comply with the updated Codes of Professional Practice.
What we'll cover
We’ll begin with a short overview of the key changes. We’ll then take time to hear from you about:
- how you’re using the codes in day-to-day practice
- what approaches are working well
- what further guidance or support would make a difference.
This session is an opportunity to share experiences from across the sector, strengthen how the codes are embedded in practice, and help shape the tools and guidance we develop next. What you tell us will help make sure our resources reflect the realities of providing high quality care and support in Wales.
