About the event
Building on findings from the 2026 Have Your Say survey, in this session we'll explore how social care organisations can strengthen the way concerns are raised, heard and acted upon.
This session explores how leaders can create psychologically safe workplaces where people feel confident raising concerns, sharing ideas and speaking up when something doesn't feel right.
You'll learn why people often stay silent, how workplace culture influences speaking up behaviours and the vital role leaders play in creating environments built on trust, openness and learning.
Looking at the value of compassionate leadership, curiosity and courageous conversations, the session explores how leaders can respond to concerns in ways that encourage, rather than discourage, people to speak up.
