What are these sessions for?
Whether you're a registered manager, responsible individual (RI), employer, or you support the social care workforce in Wales, these informal sessions are an opportunity to chat with us.
You can join on your own or invite colleagues to take part. We're here to listen and help.
When you book, we'll ask for a brief outline of what you'd like to discuss so we can make sure the right support is available.
What can we talk about?
- support, resources and opportunities we have available to you
- your challenges or emerging themes
- sharing your good practice and successes
- ideas you’d like to develop
- building connections with the employer support team and others in our organisation
- understanding our processes
- raising questions early and exploring next steps.
Please note
We may not be able to answer every question during the meeting, but we’ll help you identify next steps and connect you with the right people.
We won’t be able to provide support with:
- individual cases, applications, renewals, or fitness to practise matters
- SCWonline login or technical issues
- legal advice
- complaints about Social Care Wales services
- safeguarding concerns.
