This workshop series will help people working in social care use evaluation to improve learning and better demonstrate the impact of their work. You’re welcome to attend every session or choose the ones you’re interested in attending.
Who this event is for
This workshop series is for anyone who works in social care. It’s ideal for individuals involved in areas like project management, performance and improvement, research and development, impact and funding.
What we’ll cover
We know evaluation can be daunting. We also know that people working in social care already have a lot of the skills and knowledge but often don’t have the confidence to apply them.
We’ll focus on how you can develop an evaluation mindset and carry out your own evaluative practice to help you capture learning for continual improvement, as well as measure your impact.
We’ll also discuss some of the common challenges and difficulties faced when carrying out evaluations. And we’ll explore useful tools and techniques, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and share experiences.
