Stress, anxiety and overwhelm can affect any of us as we balance emotionally challenging roles with other demands in our lives.

Who are these sessions for?

These sessions are for everyone who works in social care, early years and childcare.

What we’ll cover

We’ll be sharing practical tools and strategies to help you manage stress and anxiety in the moment, support your well-being, and build resilience.

We’ll also be talking about:

  • the causes and effects of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm
  • how to recognise the signs and symptoms in yourself and others
  • how to protect your own well-being, support others, and move beyond simply surviving to thriving.
