- residential care
- domiciliary care
- supported living services
- any other adult social care settings.

- discuss what conditions help positive cultures thrive
- explore how to measure improvement
- be a part of shaping positive working cultures in social care across Wales
- help design practical ways to build and measure positive cultures.

We're running this workshop on several dates. You only need to attend one of the workshops.

About positive cultures
We’re working with the Rayne Foundation to promote and grow positive cultures across social care.
With their support, we’re working with social care providers across Wales to learn about their experiences of supporting and measuring positive cultures in their organisations.
